Prepare institutional development plan.

Review program objectives, program outcomes, course objectives and course outcomes of the existing academic programs.

Prepare academic time table for all academic streams of the colleges.

Allocate the infrastructure facilities for curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities of college.

Consider and approve the assessment plan including continuous and comprehensive evaluation of all departments.

Introduce new major, minor, multi-disciplinary, skill based; value added courses from each academic year.

Decide the nature of student satisfaction survey to be conducted periodically for teaching, learning and evaluation for consistent suggestion for faculty improvement, training and development.

Review teacher and student performance as per performance indicators included in the report generated by ERP.

Updating and improving the student and teachers performance indicators and recommend reconfiguration in ERP System.
