From the Secretary’s Desk

Welcome to Vasantrao Naik Mahavidyalaya (Autonomous). It gives us immense pleasure to address you as the Secretary of our esteemed institution. Since its inception, the management, office bearers, and members of our
institution have remained steadfastly committed to the cause of education and to making it a powerful instrument of social transformation.

Our Mahavidyalaya stands firmly on the pillars of empathy, social responsibility, commitment, and inclusivity. We take immense pride in sharing that our institution has been conferred Autonomous Status by the University Grants Commission and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. This prestigious recognition empowers us with greater academic flexibility and enables us to serve our students more effectively and innovatively.

We strongly believe that education is not confined to academic excellence alone; it is equally about nurturing responsible, compassionate, and socially conscious citizens who can contribute meaningfully to society and nation-building.

In today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world, we strive to equip our students with essential soft skills and life skills through meaningful co- curricular and extracurricular activities conducted by experienced faculty members in a value-based environment. Our objective is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, thereby making students vocationally competent, professionally proficient, and future-ready.

We place special emphasis on skill development, innovation, creativity, and critical thinking so that our graduates are well prepared to face emerging global challenges with confidence and competence.

We appeal to the student community to abide by the Student Charter and uphold the values and discipline of the institution. We also assure parents and students that the management fully recognizes its responsibility towards public interest and remains committed to transparency through adherence to all regulatory compliances and
mandatory disclosures.
